TERMS & CONDITIONS

House Rules

To make your and all of our other guests’ stay as enjoyable as possible, we ask that you observe our house rules. By booking with Coi and paying for your package, you agree to abide by the house rules we have set forth below:

Security Deposit

We reserve the right to ask for a reasonable deposit prior to admission and that all bills be paid prior to departure.

A security deposit of P3,000 will be requested upon check-in. It will cover property loss and damages but will be refunded in full once cleared.


Identification

Guests must present a valid government ID on check-in. We may deny admission to guests without identification.

 

Smoking

Smoking inside the villas, whether indoors or outdoors, is strictly prohibited. We have a designated smoking area for our guests. Smoking in the room will result in a P3,000 cleaning fee.

 

Drugs

Bringing in and/or using any kind of drugs classified as dangerous drugs under the Philippines’ Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 (Republic Act 9165) is strictly prohibited. The sale, trading, administration, dispensation, delivery, distribution or transportation of any dangerous drug and/or controlled precursor and essential chemical for the manufacture of such is likewise prohibited within the premises.


We reserve the right to eject you from the premises, or cause your arrest by law enforcement, should you violate this policy.


Pets

We do not allow pets of any kind on the premises.


Food and Drinks

Except for light snacks (i.e. chips, sandwiches, cakes) and bottled water, juices, or soda, bringing in of food is not allowed.


Liquor

We charge corkage fee for beer, wine, and liquor that are brought into the premises.


General Behavior

We want you to enjoy your stay at Coi. However, please be aware that the properties surrounding the area of Coi belong to a community, and thus we ask that you help us maintain good relations with the community by keeping noise levels down after dark.

 

We also reserve the right to remove from our premises guests who are rowdy or damage or destroy facilities and the environment, or engage in obscene, immoral or illegal conduct, or conduct prejudicial to the best interests of the resort, its guests, its employees, or the surrounding community. You agree to leave peaceably if so asked to leave for these reasons.


Medication

As a policy, we do not give guests medications such as pain relievers, allergy meds, etc. While our staff is equipped with a first aid kit this is for the use of our staff. We recommend that you bring your medicines when visiting Coi.

Coi reserves the right to decline accommodation to guests who do not comply with our rules and policies. By adhering to these rules, you and we both keep Coi safe, peaceful, and enjoyable for everyone.




Cancellation Policy

Please note that by paying for our packages, you also expressly agree to the following terms and conditions:
Reservations are non-refundable but may be rebooked provided a 7 day cancellation notice is sent via SMS, Viber, or WhatsApp  to +63 951 369 6969 or email to

Reservation are fully transferrable.

Schedules of meals and massages must be followed as not to conflict with other guests’ schedules and to maintain the privacy of the guests.

Our set menus are fixed. If you have any dietary restrictions, please inform us of this at the time of your booking before you make payment to see if we may arrange alterations or substitutions on the main dish of the set menu. We do not alter the side dishes of the menu. 

Failure to make payment (or request to hold reservation) on or before the stated date will mean automatic cancellation of the arrangement without prior notice.
